Empower Young Lives as a Physical Therapist at CBS!

At Children's Behavioral Services (CBS), we believe every child deserves the chance to grow, move, and explore their world with confidence. If you’re passionate about helping children overcome physical challenges and gain independence, this is your opportunity to be part of something truly life-changing.

Since 2019, CBS has expanded from a single-room clinic into two cutting-edge facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains, equipped with custom sensory gyms, inclusive learning spaces, and innovative therapy pods. With a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT), we’re expanding to include Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in 2025—creating a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming pediatric care.

Your Role: Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at CBS, you’ll do more than treat patients—you’ll help children unlock their full potential by building strength, coordination, and confidence. Working alongside a passionate team of therapists, you’ll make a lasting impact in clinics, schools, homes, and community settings.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Design and implement personalized treatment plans to help children develop strength, mobility, and motor skills.

✅ Lead engaging, play-based therapy sessions that make movement fun and rewarding.

✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and specialists to provide comprehensive, holistic care.

✅ Partner with families to teach strategies that promote progress beyond therapy sessions.

✅ Track progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

✅ Stay current with the latest advances in pediatric physical therapy through continuing education.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A passionate, motivated PT with a heart for helping children thrive.

✔ A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

✔ Missouri PT licensure (or pending).
