Since 2019, CBS has grown from a single-room clinic into two cutting-edge facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains. Our custom sensory gyms, inclusive learning spaces, and innovative therapy pods are designed to empower children and their families. With our foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT), we’re expanding to include Speech-Language Pathology and Physical Therapy in 2025—creating a truly interdisciplinary team committed to holistic, life-changing care.

Your Role: Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at CBS, you won’t just be providing therapy—you’ll be changing lives. Working alongside passionate professionals from multiple disciplines, you’ll help children gain the skills they need to navigate everyday life with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower children to reach their fullest potential.

✅ Engage children in creative, play-based therapy that fosters independence and growth.

✅ Work hand-in-hand with an interdisciplinary team—collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists, Behavior Analysts, and Physical Therapists to provide well-rounded, integrated care.

✅ Partner with families to provide tools and strategies that extend beyond the clinic—bringing progress into everyday moments.

✅ Stay at the forefront of pediatric therapy through ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A compassionate, driven OT with a heart for helping children succeed.

✔ A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

✔ Missouri OT licensure (or pending).

✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
